For almost two decades, the family enterprise of ‘AE Business Homes’ supports multinational companies when transferring foreign employees to Switzerland with relocation services and business apartments. New online contenders, a growing competitive pressure paired with enhanced services as well as an internal changes were the decisive factors that led to the rebranding. The task was to reposition the company in order to adress directly the end customer and to deliver added value by means of individual additional services.

In close consultation with the client, Varese Corridor has developed a sustainable brand identity including positioning, brand name and a descriptive byline. Besides executions such as stationery, website, signage and new give-aways we have implemented several additional tools and service features. One example is the ‘Local Life’ search engine which supplies the user with tips for nearby restaurants, shops, cultural institutions or leisure facilities curated by Nest’s employees.
