Stadthof is a unique office property with high-grade interiors located next to Zurich main station. The building which was designed in 1974 by renowned architect Werner Stücheli has been carefully refurbished and equipped with up-to-date infrastructure.

Varese Corridor has conceived a marketing concept in accordance with the quality of the building and its target groups. The original logotype still visible on the facade has been carefully redrawn and complemented by a descriptive claim. Together with Luxwerk photographers we developed a key visual as well as a series of pictures documenting the building and its lively surroundings. As part of the marketing strategy an elaborate mailing, a sub-site as well as advertising posters were implemented.
